Reformer Sessions
IM=X reformer sessions are
designed to systematically
condition the upper and lower
body while constantly developing
core muscle strength. The
Reformer uses the body’s own
resistance and a system of
springs and pulleys to create the
weight used to build strength and
long, lean muscles. Pilates Studio
offers reformer training with
certified instructors through private sessions, semi-private sessions,
and group classes.
Mat Classes
IM=X mat work is done on the
floor. Like the Reformer, Mat
classes offer a full body workout.
In a series of exercise sequences,
you will develop core muscle
strength and tone as well as
postural endurance, all of which
help to optimize physical
performance. Joint stabilization,
back strength, and hip flexibility
are just some of the benefits you
will receive from this
unique workout.
