What do I wear for a
Pilates workout?


Wear comfortable clothing that
allows a wide range of motion. You
won't need socks or shoes, and you
can change at the studio if you're
short on time.

How often should I
do Pilates?


As often as you like. Similar to
other strength-building programs,
it will take a few sessions per week
for optimal results.

How soon will I see results?

"Ten sessions to feel a difference,
20 to see a difference, and 30 to a
new body."

What's the difference
between a private session
and a mat class?

Both choices offer a complete
body workout. Private sessions
use the Reformer with a certified
trainer in a one-on-one setting,
while classes use floor exercises in
a small-group setting.

Can guys do Pilates?

Of course! Men enjoy the same
health and fitness benefits from
Pilates as women.
